Do I need insurance?
No. One flat monthly price covers the provider visit, the medication, supplies and shipping.
Who qualifies?
For weight loss you may qualify with a BMI of 30+, or 27+ with a weight related condition. Patients with a BMI of 25+ may qualify depending on medical history. A U.S. licensed provider in your state makes the call after your intake.
What if the provider says no?
Then you are not charged. $0 is due at intake, and your card is only charged if a provider prescribes.
Are these FDA approved?
No. Compounded medications are prepared for individual patients by licensed 503A pharmacies under a provider's prescription and are not FDA approved products. Every vial ships with a Certificate of Analysis.
Who are the pharmacies and providers?
Tirzepatide and semaglutide are filled by Greenwich Rx. NAD+, sermorelin and glutathione are filled by Hallandale Pharmacy. Both are licensed U.S. 503A pharmacies. How do I cancel or pause?
